yeah that's how I feel. The program I have to work on is the most rickety piece of shit I've ever seen. The last intern really fucked this thing up but it was clear the original program was hobbled together with example code that isn't meant to scale to what the program has become, so I guess I could really blame my boss. This thing has to interact with a spreadsheet underneath that does everything, and let me tell you the Excel interop is the most goddamned annoying thing I've ever interacted with, at least the way that I have to do everything. And the requirements that I have to meet for this thing are ridiculous and sometimes downright impossible. I'm the only one that does coding and error-checking, and anything and everything will break the minute I add a new feature, and the errors will randomly happen or not happen.
I can't talk much more about what the program is or specifically does because of my nda
but goddamn the second my co-op is over I will never use VB.NET ever again in my life. Please jesus just let it be July already

Easier is always better when just starting, I know every time I've tried to dig into sfml or SDL I always give up because I don't have the experience to draw on.
