Are we talking non-characteristic muscles? For that the best method is dieting. The body will slowly break down muscle as well as body fat, because it's dumb. I dunno if HRT will affect how your muscles develop in the future, if you have any interest in working out.

Diet to 5lbs less than you ultimately want to be.
Weight gain with light to medium resistance, focus on glutes. Slight training for chest. Gain the five pounds back SLOWLY while doing this. Leave the rest alone.

Why are processed sugars bad for you? I mean, not in general, just when trying to lose muscle. What do I fill my diet with then - a lot of protein is obviously a big no-no.
