well my levels were consistently in the 500 ng/dl range 4-5 months into starting hrt every time i got them checked. my e was low as well... the thing is that i didnt take anything in the morning after sleeping and got my blood checked at like 9am. dunno if that was a problem or what because i was getting very noticeable changes during that period. i know hormones vary during the day

a friend mailed me some cypro to take before my orchie becuase i just wasnt comfortable with those levels. now my levels are fine with like 40 ng/dl t and good e levels after a month and a half of cypro. gonna run out right before the orchie tho

c-cause i do targeted vitamin therapy. i take vitamin d for my mood stuff, flaxseed oil for my eyes and skin, evening primrose oil for hot flashes and my skin, biotin for hair (tho i'm prob gonna stop taking it), vitamin c for health and skin stuff, vitamin a for energy, super b complex for mood and energy, magnesium to help me deep sleep, baby aspirin to help fight against blood clots, spiro or what i call manbegone pills, then occasionally progesterone cycling and melatonin. melatonin helps get me back on a good sleep cycle but makes me depressed..... then 10mg of estrogen once a week :x

Nothing really impressive. A bit of egg or fish with milk for breakfast, a bit of fruit to snack on mid-day, a small portion of veg-heavy stir fry (or sandwich) for lunch, more fruit for the afternoon, and a soup for dinner. This week. I'll probably get bored by next Friday, so want to mix it up. Thinking about buying celery to snack on so I'm not as tempted to eat my hands.
