First, it's very difficult to actually do. Second, you have little way to wash yourself and absolutely no private space. Thirdly, it would probably create tensions within the team and that's very very bad.

Also, a miscommunication up there could cause death or the loss of very expensive equipments.
I'm pretty sure anyway their code of ethics forbids them from doing so, respect of the mission, of colleagues and such.
