In the overall scheme of things? Absolutely nothing. In my personal opinion? People should embrace aging, both physically and mentally and take their mortality with dignity. Trying to fight against it seems like a childish struggle. It's a testament to someone's maturity if they can accept whatever nature throws their way. I would judge someone based on the fact that he is trying to not look his age on purpose. Just my two cents.
