Yeah, thats what i meant. Although, i'm posponing HRT for now because i'm kinda afraid of getting big boobs because i like to do sports and other active shit and i feel like they will get in the way (but i really want dat smooth butt, so i don't know what to do for now).

Well a lot of pictures you see are too early after surgery, done on an older transitioner, or someone who's like you said, fat and hairy. Or that they haven't gotten their touchups yet.

For most surgeons, you need a touchup later in time for it to look cis, like SRS itself lays the groundwork, but for it to look "right" you need touchups, many surgeons offer touchups for the cosmetic end for when you've properly healed at give or take ~1 year post op.

I think it looks really good, I won't lie and say it look 100% cis because it doesn't but it has all the parts it should have, it feels good, it's deep enough. It just has tells like the scarring (though hopefully that will fade more).

Exercizing is definitely a good thing. I know of at least one trans woman in her 40s who healed like a 20yo because she was an athlete who did a lot of triathlon. She could jog at a point where most patients can barely walk.

I'm the post-op girl, and it really all depends on the individual. For me my dysphoria around my genitals was so great that it was just obvious how much I needed the surgery. And while it's not "100% cis" that doesn't mean it looks like an abomination, like it looks good for what it is.

For me it's completely removed all the bad feelings I had remaining about my body. It really completes the picture, you know? I feel happy, I feel normal, when you've gone your whole life hating your body, it really makes a huge difference in how you feel regardless of it it looks perfect or not. Everyone has little imperfections about their body anyway, and so what if my vagina looks slight off, vaginas look weird anyway, all genitals look weird.
