It's weird because I used to have either sleep paralysis or sleep walking all the time growing up. Then it went away by 16 and now the paralysis is coming back at least but as far as I know I haven't been walking yet. Although my old roommate said I would sleep sing pretty often.

I deal with that stuff too. Had night terrors and sleep paralysis issues a lot growing up, eventually did a lot of meditation and thought exercises so I got over it. If I get really stressed though sometimes they come back and I'll wake up screaming or see things and it just gets bad. If you do start walking you should see a doctor and get some meds for it, I started sleep cutting at one point and would wake up bleeding on the kitchen floor.
