I think transgenderism needs to be taken more seriously. There are all these wonderful people who are extremely unhappy with their bodies. They really want to be something that they'll never be able to. Psychological attention to transgender people is completely stigmatized because of political correctness.
There needs to be more focus on accepting your body and less on being the most feminine.
Undoubtedly, at some point, every transgender person will age. Their looks will degrade and I can understand how this can destroy your self-image.
