Also people have varying levels of social dysphoria vs physical dysphoria. Meaning, some people care more about identity and pronouns and etc. than they do about how they look, and vice versa. Our army is so small we dont have a problem of recruiting in our nation anymore, we have too many applicants. In most countries the army has to campaign and entice people to sign up, in Sweden the applicants have to beg to get in.

I've practiced voice on and off for the past three years, and in the last few months I started making an effort to practice daily. It was only recently that I got something passable, but I still practice daily because I know it can be better.

Are you comfortable posting a sample? I think in a lot of cases people just need more time to strengthen their throat muscles but people here might be able to listen and give you some advice.

Well some general advice that helped me was trying different training methods, like how some people learned voice by starting with falsetto and working their way down to normal female speaking range while others started with their normal speaking voice and tried to bring the pitch and their larynx up to get to female voice. I found that until I did both my voice sounded really hollow and uncanny valley.

The other thing is to do vocal warm ups, like singers do. You can look that up and it helps you get a stronger voice and makes practicing a lot easier. I still have to spend time doing warmups like that every time I am going to use my girl voice.
