some time in early 2013 I started transitioning, I started on spiro in august that year because thats all I could afford and then my therapist screwed me around and didn't write my referral to the endocrinologist like he said he was going to but then he did and wrote me a script for spiro in december when I was pretty much going to kill myself because I had just turned 30... and then because he dragged his feet and the holidays it took another 2 months to get an appointment and then I had to wait a month after that and started estrogen on the 2nd of March 2014.
I'm currently 21 months HRT I guess.
my dose atm is
2mg progynova, 200mg spiro, 1mg finasteride daily... I'm going to start self medding progesterone as soon as it arrives some time this week.

I'm not happy being on 2mg estrogen so I'm going to be swapping to another endo in the new year.
