estro doesn't results in hip and stuff. the only thing it does result in is slightly bigger tits. Even taking estrogen at levels that of a cis-girl isnt going to result in hips or naturally huge tits(usually transwomen who take estrogen get 1/2 of what their mother's have, and a lot of asian transgirls have been screwed since their race is naturally wayyyyyy flatter than other women)

Any tips for styling hair in awkward stage?
I straighten it and looks feminine now, and somewhat acceptable.
My hair length is bangs 6', temporal 5' and 3' at the back.
But how often should I straiten it?

Is Cloud femgen material?

Can anyone here validate wether or not soy helps raise estrogen, and if it would make a difference as far as physique?

A few femgen guides say they do and a few say they don't. In my case (18 years old) would they change anything at all in the near future w/ or w/out testosterone limiters? I don't have much puberty left (early bloomer, full body hair around 13), I am, however already 6ft tall and have an average male frame. My tallest immediate relative is my uncle at around 6'4", if that's relevant. I am taller than both my parents.

From my current perspective it just seems problematic, since most soy is just fat and I need to get that qt3.14 waist.

I don't plan on taking artificial modifiers or even extra estrogen, since I've weighed the risks.

Thanks for the laugh

When you exercise, you gain muscle and loose fat. When you do squats, you won't get a belly and in order to get an ass you need to eat LOTS of protein after your workout to build up the muscles in your butt. This doesn't mean you'll become Arnold Schwarzenegger, you'll still be thin, albeit a bit toned, if you do low impact workouts and cardio. Also you may not be doing your squats right, and doing only squats for butt is not enough. Look up full butt workouts on youtube and follow those.

Remember, muscle isn't always bad. Muscle is what gives nice butts and thighs their shape and jiggle
