Two of the better anime that I've seen with BL relationships were No. 6 and Fake. The main guys are into each other, but they have plots besides "omg two hot guys wanna fuck!".

Definitely try out Gakuen Heaven! It's about a guy who moves into a new school makes new friends and through some conflicts finds love.
Literally everone is male, everyone is gorgeous, and you can cut sexual tension with a knife. There are plenty of BL moments too. Despite it being somewhat silly I'm really fond of this anime. Well drawn and super colorful. You know what, I might actually rewatch this. Gotta go.
