you already look very prettty, and fem so you dont have to put a lot of makeup on if you dont want to. but if u do, just practice with it. everybody sucks at makeup when they first start even cis girls. As for clothing wear what you want to wear, not what you feel you have to wear.

This is the golden age of Youtube makeup tutorials. There is a never ending supply of ladies with vaginas who can't makeup, but they watch that biz then look decent. you tube has a lot of makeup and hair tutorials. Ok yes you have a very strong jaw, but this could be minimized by learning to shade and contour properly. just look at female fashion websites and bloggers and youtubers and such. (including makeup tutorial makers for the learning makeup part.) see what fashion and style they like. eventually you will pick up your own look out of the many forms of women's fashion that are out there, after doing this and checking out different varieties.

Well I think you're already a lot prettier then some cis-girls so there's that.
Plenty of women don't wear makeup and I suck at fashion as well.
But if you want to, you could start by practising makeup at home and wear it when you feel comfortable enough to do so in public. I didn't start wearing makeup until I was eighteen so I know the struggle.
You can always try YouTube tutorials, and as for clothes, just wear what makes you feel pretty be it dresses and skirts or loose over sized sweaters and plaid shirts.
And it's not too late at any age!

Tie your hair up like imo it can feminize quite a bit if you have a girly upper face because framing hides it and can exaggerate the prominence of your jaw
