I am transgender, 22, been on hormones for a year and a half, and still live with my parents. No one in my life knows I am trans or knows I am on hormones, I drive out to the trans clinic once a month for my medicine and treatment.

Ugh, yeah I just wish I could just go out for a bike ride right now. I used to just get on and ride for hours and now I'm too scared to even walk out my front door most of the time. My parents take me to work and pick me up, I feel like I'm a child all over again.
They really don't think my problems are huge since all they do is veg out on the couch after work... They're supportive but don't really care if I transition or not, they'd rather just have their son back. Man, I really need to schedule more sessions with my therapist.
The medical issues I think are where it started, I had a huge growth on my lower intestine, we initally thought it was a hernia but it hurt like my appendix was bursting. Couldn't really do much but stay in bed and not do anything until I just said fuck it and got surgery to remove it. It's the worst experience I've gone through in my life, the recovery was awful. Suddenly my walls were a prison instead of home.
Hey, thanks for reading through this, this is really the first time I've vented like this, I don't mean to sound dismissive of your problems, it just poured out of me. I really hope your voice comes back to full strength.
