Which revolver should I get /k/?

Get an Uberti Cattleman in .45 LC for extra Cowboy fun. Good 1873 clone for the money, pretty authentic.

El Paso Saddlery makes good Western holster/belt combos, good quality with a price to match.

That being said, bad idea to OC to a party, especially if you think you'd be drinking.

Get a .357. You can shoot cheap .38 Specials through it for practice and plinking and load it with .357's for full bore splodey business. Any of the Italian Colt clones will work fine.

You might also consider a black-powder replica. They're cheap and you can mail order them, and since it's mainly for looks, well.... they look awesome.

I found a good deal on a .357 and my favorite funstore and snatched it up. 50 rounds through it and all the screws came loose. The trigger guard was almost came loose and the front sight fell off. So now im pretty pissed. It's a great looking gun however.

Get a Single-Action. Ruger (Vaquero,Blackhawk) is probably your best bet if you don´t want to spend too much and still get a good gun. if you don´t plan to get a proper, modern DA-revolver in the near future, just get one in .357. Otherwise, get one in 45LC for the "authentic" caliber.
