As Stefan Molyneux has pointed out, the Communist Manifesto is a lot like a diet book written by someone who weighs 600 pounds. It's obvious why you shouldn't believe a word in it. It promised to bring prosperity and liberation, but everywhere its ideas were tried, it what it actually brought was poverty and oppression. Maybe people who read it in 1848 had an excuse to not know better because they hadn't seen what a century of trying to make those ideas work ended up doing in the real world, but if you live in 2017, you have literally no fucking excuse whatsoever.
