I stuck a $50 keymod rail from ebay on my AR. its very comfortable and i could mount whatever I wanted where ever I wanted. i dont hang 6 tacticool accessories on my rifle though so Im not much worried about that.

Honestly, I just slapped a shitty UTG keymod rail on mine as a temporary solution, but it's been rock solid. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was ready to drop around $300 on a decent one, but it has been serving me well shooting 3 gun for going on 2 years. Figure if it aint broke, don't fix it.
