I am currently looking for a 43 Spanish mold but I am cheap and don't want to pay full price.

How do you size your cast bullets? I mostly use a Lyman 450 Lubrisizier myself.

How much of a difference is the powder coating making? Do it prevent leading your barrel? Isn't it minimal with hard casting?

You can push powder coated bullets a lot harder than you can push traditional lube groove designs.

Even with hard casting, I ran into leading issues with my 7.62x25 (despite all other attempts). After powder coating, I have not run into any and I push them even hotter than traditional lubing (see just over 1200fps for traditional vs close to 1600fps for powder coat).

AccurateMolds .com is based on nothing but custom molds. Lee will also make custom molds. There are tons of places that will make custom molds. The catch is they want custom mold prices.

Get effectively free lead from range scrap making the most expensive material part effectively free. Use a progressive or turret press to load hundreds of rounds per hour.
