Me and a buddy might be gearing up for a 2-4 day stalk in Centralia. He's going Duty and I'm going Monolith (using the Monolith Survivor's as a reason for being with a Duty lad), gonna try to get all the points we can on Veteran difficulty.

Any other anons been to Centralia before? If so, please share.

The document would get even more long-winded if I tried to do edge cases - I didn't even come up with details for best faction (Clear Sky). I had a tough time thinking up a failure condition for Monolith, so I settled on no contact with non-Monolith.

If you can think of a better fail condition, let me know, but I feel like it fit with the general idea of Monolith well enough.

I went camping up in Camp Claiborne with a mate a few months ago. It's an abandoned military camp from WW2 where they trained the 82nd and 101st Airborne. My buddy swears that there are flooded bunkers somewhere on the property but we weren't able to find them again.

Popping over to a place called Poplar island this week. Place has a neat history: It was originally a hospital-turn-makeshift graveyard for a Native band afflicted with Small pox in the late 19th century, became a Naval Warship construction site in around 1917, (four were finished there) and has been pretty much left abandoned ever since. Dense forest now covers the entire island, and there is no bridges for civilian entry.

Directly down the hill from the painted road is the new road used by cars now. Below the new road in the woods is the remains of an old house that I found when I went a couple years ago.

In the canon CS aren't cool with just anyone knowing about their base or camp locations, so maybe they also have to not be seen. CS dudes were also scientists that worked for Ecos then left or worked in the area before the zone appeared and are now trying to study it on their own, so maybe have to take readings etc but less frequently than ecos.

The old York County prison is cool but it has hobos living in it sometimes and is generally watched by the police for stupid drunk high schoolers trying to sneak into it (I used to be one of them). It's also right in town so bringing a long rifle is a bad idea.

I've found a couple old abandoned farms down in Southern PA too. It's really up to you to find these places. Just drive around the countryside looking for rundown places basically. It's relaxing and fun.

I know perfect place for this challenge but sadly I can't go above stalker because I have only air rifle.

I haven't touched up the other sheet yet, but there are scenarios for people who can't do a normal challenge. Pic related. Marked One won't change, so you can do that - I made it specifically for nogunz.

Difficulty is all-or-nothing, you can't pick and choose parts of it, and you can't tack difficulty onto a scenario - the rules would conflict, since scenarios are all made for special cases.

You can get still extra points from the bonus list at the end of the chart, though (nogunz, no time, people who want a solid set of objectives, etc).

There's a couple places here but you gotta look damn hard. There's a couple old train tunnels if you're feeling ballsy and feel like fighting off nosalis from the metro.

There's also train graveyard in the middle of the woods. It's private property and well defended, so permission is a must. And getting permission really defeats the purpose.
