There's a couple out there that either do a 90 degree side mount, or just above the slide like normal. This pistol has it canted because it's a special snowflake.

They aren't super collectable right now because they aren't well known. If you find a really rare 1920's one that got out of eastern Europe before the communists took over you might pay a premium but the bulk of surviving M24s get ignored.
