Wanting a good belt for my iwb holsters. Preferably something leather as I'm a working professional. Quality recommendations please appreciated; no Uncle Mike's tier crap

Any decent quality leather belt will work.

Get a bandoleer shoulder holster, they look more professional.

Mean Gene Leather or Magpul Tejas. I like the Tejas
SOE EDC cobra or cobra duty belt. 1.75" is fine for tactical pants but annoyingly thick for most belt loops. Will order a 1.5" cobra duty belt next time they have a sale.
The Kore Tracline belt is alright and doesn't show your power level. Ide recommend it.

Beltman, Horse w/ kydex reinforcement
Not leather, but Ares Aegis looks rather low profile, IMO.
Doesn't Magpul sell their own brand of leather belts?
Daltech force. They make high quality belts that look like they belong in a regular wardrobe and not in some spec ops role playing douchbags basement closet.
Akers belts are very good. They have a polymer strip sewed between the leather. They always stay straight and can support any weapon. Can be had on the net for about 50 bucks. I have been wearing them for about 15 years now and love them.

Second.
I have a steel reinforced Aliengear belt. It's nice and stiff, holds my holster in place nicely even when I'm carrying something heavy like my 1911. Plus it looks pretty nice.

I don't understand people that have reinforced belts for IWB carry. It's only needed OWB.

I ordered a belt from them earlier, two weeks went by and nothing, they then randomly canceled my order, refunded my money.

Do you use your sphincter to help hold the gun up? Iwb vs owb is literally the side of the belt your gun sits on
>>35136165
Yes, but gravity pulls OWB out and down. Your body stops the outward/inward pull when IWB. Reinforcement is not needed.

Makes me feel better knowing that my belt, if snagged, will rip me in half before giving way

It's more to stop the holster coming up with you on the draw, since a less rigid belt will allow it to travel further before being stopped. I think there's a comfort benefit, too, since yout belt doesn't have to be done up as tight to hold the holster in place.

I was torn between Hank's and the Magpul Tejas belt. In the end I went with the Magpul Tejas leather belt and I fucking love it.

Same fag you replied to, I carry OWB when I'm out walking my property (multiple acres, woods etc) so I spent a little extra to get a strong belt. Of course I carry IWB when out in public so I don't print. But I do love the belt, it covers all my needs.

Looks like CIA.
I have a hanks. I really like it, just as a belt. So many belts use shitty materials. This thing is built. I recommend them even to my non gun friends (few) who are tried of shitty child labor belts sold in department stores.
Mine us non-reinforced full grain. I don't recall the thickness but it's about 2x the thickness of a normal belt. The thickness is perfect for an iwb holster to bite into with no play. It's good shit. Plus the full grain leather doesn't warp or wear like shitty normie belts.
