I want to join the Marines, but my 1.5 mile is 13:45. My 3 mile is 29:15.

I tried the SASR 20 km hike over 8 hours
Got 12km a day down to 1hour and 50 min
But didn't have the 60 kg on me back.
I did this for 4 months straight, no days off .
I'm a fat cunt that smokes like a volcano.
For me i was impressed.

That's not terrible. About where I was at when I started. Just keep running 3 miles at a time and don't be afraid to max out while you do it. Keep it up like that and a 10 minute 1.5 will come to feel like nothing.

Do 30/60's for your target distance. Alternate with 70% max speed. So if running m/w/f do a continuous alternation to avoid stagnation.

Those are pretty close to my times when I was in DEP for the Marines. You'll pass the IST to ship out, and once you're in basic don't even worry about your run times unless you're a complete lardass. You run so much from the time you get there to the time it actually matters that it'll be impossible for your running to not vastly improve.

You would fail the IST. So basically if you shipped off to boot camp, you'd be classified as a father body. They will put you in what's called Fat Body platoon. They will PT you until you're down to a 11 minute 1 mile.

So as a Marine, we already have the longest boot camp. Anytime spent in fat boy platoon isn't considered training. You'll be there because you're considered unfit for training. So instead of 3 months, you're looking at 4 months or so.

You need to get your floppy ass off 4chan and go running. It's real life boy, not the memes your fat ass ate up.

My 1.5 mile was borderline when I shipped to bootcamp. When I did the beginning minimum standards test, there was a DI running at the back who we were told would run the course in exactly 13:30, so my fat ass just stayed in front of him.
And as for your 3 mile for the final pft? Don't worry about that, you'll have been doing plenty of running at that point. I think mine was 22:15 or something like that. Not great, but Mike's ahead of where I started.
Pull ups is where you'll make your money. Hands forward then reverse grip. Back then bicep, you'll squeeze a few more out.

To be honest mate thats pretty bad, even the fattest of fucks over here (bongland) going for REME or int corps get under that 1.5 mile time, and infantry you need to be getting under 10:30 to be considered even halfway fit.

Best advice I can give is to include a session of 800m repeats, a 1.5 mile run best effort and a 5k per week, with a rest day in between where you do press ups, sit ups and pull ups. My last PFA I did a mile and a half with a pulled groin in 11:27, and im 5'10 85kg so theres not really an excuse, just get out and run more. I do a half mile in 2:20, a 1.5 miler in 8:31 and a 5k in about 20 minutes and im pretty much bang average in terms of fitness in my unit. The military is one of those jobs where the fitter you are, the exponentially easier it will be for you.
