How to Get a License for Possession

Remember, if you have a blade, it needs to be registered first at the Prefectural Board of Education aka Kyoiku Iinkai (教育委員会) by submitting an application. got there on my second duty station after 1 year at bragg and 1 year in iraq. my avn unit was relocating to Stewart and didn't need to take the low density MOSes. so I got japan by simply asking the CSM when he asked where I wanted to go after the deployment.
