Nothing is wrong with a visor, it's just not so memetastic. Hence underage anons shilling airsoft products on Belgian heritage chocolate boards, while actual SWAT/HRT forces across Europe use visors.

For some reason, maybe greater rifle proliferation, US HRT types rarely seem to use face shields, at least compared to Euros.

Full of fatal flaws. If a bullet hit one of the hollow parts it won't be deflected. Depending on the axis of the fire it could twist your neck with the full cinetic force of the projectile.
Not to mention these hollow parts are weak points in the structure.
