>double stack 1911s
just bulk my shit up fampai
>>35116677
Browning made the better option, but for SOME REASON we all forgot about it
>>35117886
Wow I didn't know the 1911and Hi-Power were both chambered in 45 ACP thanks anon
>>35117886
Yeah, it's the better option than a doublestack 1911, which is why the 2011 exists and almost every competitor uses it and nobody uses a spruced up BHP.
>>35118996
That's mostly a matter of the trigger setup, dumbass rules and people working on 1911 for ages.
Anyway it's like a .25" oal diameter depending on the grips with doublestacks because the 1911 has a deep length from the start. Shame Springfield have up on the omega and linkless

there are no rules that make the browning hipower bad there just aren't many companies making the hipower good. the frame is small and there isn't a lot of material for checkering. to put on a magwell requires welding. the gun probably cannot take 9mm major like 2011s.
if you gave me a choice between a Glock 19 and a Hipower in USPSA I would without question take the Glock unless it was a heavily customized Hipower
>>35118962
Double stack 1911s are usually 9mm. I don't know of any in 45, though that doesn't mean they don't exist.
>>35120027
Every STI 2011 has a 45AARP model
>>35116677
Why not?
7+1 single stack is only acceptable for .50AE Deagle and pocket guns
USP has existed since 1993 and is probably cheaper
>>35120027
>forgets about Para Ordnance which invented the double stack 1911
>>35120027
>usually 9mm
no they're usually 40
>>35120027
Boi
>>35120027
10+1 of .45 ACP with the flush fit mags if you're curious, I think they make some extended mags that are like 15+1.
I'd probably get one in 10mm if I was throwing down the cash for a STI though. Those are 12+1 with the flush fit mags and you can get 22+1 extended mags.
>>35120610
fuck that's terrible
>>35120707
Nah M8 mine>>35120610
Is 15 flush fit.
