It's not a bad shotgun, but it's pretty useless for hunting, and for the same price range you can get a home defense pump gun with more capacity.

what if i'm terrified of short stroking and binding the loading gate in an emergency? it's happened twice while training with an 870, and taking the gun apart isn't an option in real life. two rounds of buck is plenty for intruders, and even the rails are nice.
