The old list needs some updating. Currently the go-to guns seem to be the 10/22 and the Maverick 88. For a little cheaper then the Mav, you can have a Stevens 301, which are nice, or for even less a $99 Hatfield, which aren't nice.

im poor so an AR. I have a Mav 88 and its alright and great fun to destroy shit with. building an AR is nice. buying parts here and there only saving up more than usual for a decent barrel. everything else can be had fairly cheap

for a handgun the Sccy is alright. Shields if found cheap enough are pretty good. don't avoid police trade INS either. usually have night sights and have some holster wear but that adds character. usually in 40 aswell. not that big of a deal, you're poor. stop begging for better
