CZs

You mean like the Sphinx pistols?
>>35100179
no, a real CZ
not a Sphinx
not a Tanfoglio
not a Jericho
not a Canik
a CZ

Why not both

>>35100187
Does CZ have any pistols on par with the $1k+ competition?

Glock
>>35099934
Wilson Combat Brigadier G.
Or the compact, if that's your thing.
>>35100531
This or the USP45 Tactical. My friends dad has a Wilson 92g and it's great.
>>35100426
Tactical Sport, Shadow, Accushadow, and damn near anything from CZ Custom.
Most everything that isn't riding the hype train home is going to be good to someone* in that price range.
>>35099934
Glock is still the best, even in that price range. The only reason to spend more than $700 on a pistol is for features for competition, vanity or more of an heirloom level gun.
>>35100654
The best at what? Being mediocre?
>>35099934
Can you get a Legion with a 5 "or 5.5" barrel?
>>35100701
The best pistol. That's what OP asked.
>>35100755
Literally the only positive thing about glocks is
>muh capacity
>>35100654
What about suppressor ready guns? Aesthetics is way more than vanity. Also ergonomics are worth paying extra for. You can't forget antiques either
>>35099934
Not really sure what you are wanting specifically but Dan Wesson makes some of the best 1911s in that price range. I also love their revolver.
>>35100770
No, it isn't.
>>35100772
Do you even understand everything that makes a gun the best?
>>35099934
Wilson Combat Brigadier
>>35100806
Oh wait, you're right actually. Other guns outclass it in capacity as well.

First good post I've seen from you
>>35099934
my 226 was around 1200€ and i love it. also take a look at the various other versions (like e.g. the ldc).
>>35099934
Glock + aftermarket parts is going to be better dollar for dollar than any standalone pistol.
>>35099934
>>35100905
Wrong again
dan wesson cz 1911
>>35099934
CZ75 Tac Sport is probably the best you're going to find in that range.

While it is an almost meaningless difference, my Beretta is 18+1 with flush fit mags.
Glocks did stand out for their capacity at one time, but no longer.
>>35099934
>best pistols in the $1,250 range?
Best for what? It's a meaningless question without that qualifier.
For shooting groups? That'd be either the CZ Shadow 2 or a Wilson Combat Beretta, in my opinion. However, I also have large hands. If you have tiny little hands those won't be the best for you and frankly, I have no idea what you want he gun for anyway.
This thread sucks.
>>35100531
No OP but this would be my first choice in that price range. Huge sigfag otherwise but not falling for the legion scam.

for that $$ you can get 3x of these - 1 for the house, 1 for the car, and 1 for work
Cheap Luger in 9mn, the old SIG X5 All-round, Dan Wesson or Colt 1911, FNX 45T w/ sight, SP01 Shadow
