So I want to buy an UZI carbine that I intend to SBR with an SMG length 10.2" barrel when I get my paper work back.
Should I get a Century or Vector built clone? I would buy a genuine UZI submachine gun or IMI built carbine if I had the money but I don't. So I have to settle for a clone.

>Century
Run the risk of century products with shitty warranty
>Vector
Run the risk of vector products with no warranty

I'm dead set on an UZI carbine. No way you can talk me out of this or anyone on here.
McKay is going to be selling fully welded receivers in 2-3 weeks, pick up a bolt assembly and a receiver, then buy an IMI parts kit and barrel. It'll run you around 6-700~ USD but you will be able to put it together and make it yours.

How hard is it to assemble an UZI?
>>35095144
Buy an imi, build your own or suffer. Building isnt hard if you go the >>35095148 route
>>35095151
Not hard at all, easier than 'builing' an AR-15. The UZI is a super simple gun.

Do I need to get any other semi-auto only parts other than the closed bolt and semi auto receiver?
>>35095224
semi auto grip stick, sear, and barrel

If you go the pre-built route then there will be nothing wrong with Vector UZIs. Vector built their guns on left over Group Industries receivers, so they'll be high quality no doubt.

with or without a working buttstock?
