I'm looking for single action cartridge revolvers that aren't cap and ball conversions, unfortunately, I only found variants from the Colt Peacemaker and the Schofield. Are these two the only decent single action revolver models in history?
It seems history took a shortcut from the cap and ball to the double action.

they are the only ones that get made today

I'll bump you for interest OP. I don't know a lot on single actions, what look are you going for?

Uberti still makes reproductions of the Remington 1875 and 1890 I think. I wish someone was crazy enough to start making Merwin Hulbert revolvers.

Are Uberti's any good? Heard lots of stuff about stress fractures similar to Kimber 1911's

Some folks were going to start making M&H again and took preorder money then pussied out. At least everyone got a refund

Apparently they're trying to sell the company name to a firearms manufacturer who specialize in antique firearms, wonder if Beretta/Uberti will snap it up?
IIRC Ruger Blackhawk is single action

Indeed it is

This. You can get one for $400 used and they have a lifetime warranty. But it basically is a Peacemaker and that might not be what OP is looking for.

This is are the different types I was looking for. Thank you very much.
