For that price? No. I bought one back in 2009 for $180, and that's the most anyone should pay for it.
Though they are reliable and fairly tough, they have tiny, non-adjustable sights zeroed for an extremely impractical 50-meters, and the trigger is so thin and uncomfortable you start to get a bruise on your trigger finger after a while. It works, but it's a miserable gun to shoot.
