Metagross if the fact that it weighs as much as a motorcycle isn't bullshit due to Dex entries being of shoddy quality. It's a mobile block of cover that has been stated to be able to withstand a direct hit from a jet. I don't know how well it would stand up to anti-tank weapons, but being a significantly smaller target than a tank would help while it generally just tore shit up, though if Lt. Surge is any indication Magnezone are pretty common military mons' as well and can take them out pretty quickly.

I wonder if it's ethical to melt deceased Metagross and use their metal to make vehicle armor.

Forgot to note that Metagross's relatively light weight and size means it would be able to go places that an equivilently protected vehicle couldn't.
