Making your own custom casket mag is one thing, but making an entirely new operating system is another. Body kits using .22 rifles as a base can skirt around this issue because you can push the actual mag & feed lips all the way to the front, then have a wee little .22 bolt cycling right above where the rest of the fake mag body is.

You might be able to use one of the several bullpup .556 rifles (that have a plastic exterior) as a base and have a new shell that looks like an ma5b made for them.

Vash the stampede's revolver but blued in .357 magnum and enlarge the cylinder to fit 9 rounds and have a 12 gauge shotgun barrel at the center of the cylinder. Basically a modern LeMatt revolver with a nine inch barrel.

Currently trying to get a duck/bird head grip for my PAP M92 (stockless SBR AK). Should able to get it done in a week from now. Considered on market grips that already simulate what I want but are far to expensive $25.

Instead I'll likely get a regular stock for a shotgun, but saw off the should area so only handle remains. Will also have to get an extra AK Grip and saw off handle si fingers don't slip inside gun once ak pistol grip is replaced

They are made, at least in .32 ACP they are. They just haven't been imported any time recently for the most part and generally hold less than or at most the same as a similar sized 9mm. Older models include the CZ 83 (holds 15 rounds), Beretta Cheetah 81 (holds 12 rounds), and the FN 140 DA (holds 12 rounds). The Arex Zero 1 is also offered in .32 ACP and holds +2 over the equivalent size 9mm offering which is probably closer to what you're wanting, but it sadly isn't imported. Sarsilmaz also makes one of their polymer frame CZ 75 knockoffs in it that holds 15 rounds, but it also isn't imported.
