"Constructive intent" is what that it. I doubt they would have a case for it though. You'd have to have a lower receive drilled out to take those parts, and I think that alone would constitute an unregistered machine gun. Constructive intent is more for having something like an CZ EVO pistol and the stock together.

I'm curious how these interact with the selector, now. The original auto disconnector has a tail that extends down to contact a cam surface on the selector that in semi auto moves the sear surface out of the way of the bolt carrier and hammer and in auto moves it into their paths. This doesn't.

It only works with older colt hammers that have the "hook" on the end of them. For regular ARs today they would not work.

A few years ago there was a shit ton of lower parts kit that just had the auto sear thrown in them, they used to sell them on amazon even.
