Most likely a gun that was imported for ATF approval that somehow wound up in the hands of that dealer. A few Youtubers were able to get their hands on the gun for early T&E purposes, but they were never made available through major retailers like Atlantic Firearms or AIM Surplus. You can't even find them on Gunbroker. They're just impossible to get anywhere online.
