>Isnt this just air shit?
No! Airsoft is significantly weaker and uses plastic BBs, the gas is set up to cause a ping of pain but not much else.
An Air Rifle is set up to fire a usually lead or copper pellet commonly in .177 or .22 at much faster speeds, it is often used for hunting, varmint shooting, or fun plinking!
>Seems cool where can I start?
Gamo makes quality products availible in a variety of flavors and power ratings. There are also much cheaper options such as used daisys or beeman.

>Safe queen, too fucking heavy to do anything but rest on sandbags at the range
>Has depopulated many suburban yards; Dozens of chipmunk kills, plus woodchucks, squirrels
>and my daughter's favorite hen, that turned out to be a rooster, and had to go live on a farm upstate
A good pellet rifle is gonna be the most useful thing in any suburban /k/ommandos safe, when .22s aren't a legal option.

Anyone here have experience with those air shotguns? They look pretty interesting, but for the price I'm not sure if I should buy one now or wait a few generations.
