No, because C4 is extremely toxic and even indirect exposure to the chemicals in it can cause serious, immediate health problems. You could easily kill yourself by eating C4, but it would be extremely painful.

It isn't known to cause long term health problems, but if you ingest the shit, you can expect changes in your mental state, heavy seizures, convulsions and lots of puking/heaving. Pretty much all you can do to counter it is to administer benzos and muscle relaxants to quell the seizures, vomiting and mood changes.
