Someone want to explain?
>>
>>35012359
The only thing wrong is IMI made it and not magnum research, and its obviously not a deagle.

The Magnum Research ones were branded as "Baby Eagles" though.
>>
>>35012504
it's also overpriced, she's brandishing the weapon in public (in a car obviously not in a garage), pointing it at herself to take photo
>>
>>35012534
Could be on her property
>>

>>
>>35012534
IMI made Stainless are kinda at a premium.

Brandishing is only a concern for blue states, and when you're actually brandishing at someone.

In her car means its no one else's concern, legally an extension of your house.

Maybe shes less of a bitch than you and cleared the weapon before taking the photo. Guns don't magically teleport bullets from the ether you know.

this is not how gun laws work

Except as otherwise provided by the provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act or another
provision of law, it shall be unlawful to transport a loaded pistol, rifle or shotgun in a landborne motor
vehicle over a public highway or roadway. However, a rifle or shotgun may be transported clip or magazine
loaded and not chamber loaded when transported in an exterior locked compartment of the vehicle or trunk
of the vehicle or in the interior compartment of the vehicle notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1289.7
of this title when the person is in possession of a valid handgun license pursuant to the Oklahoma SelfDefense
Act.
Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be punished as provided in Section 1289.15 of this
title.
Any person who is the operator of a vehicle or is a passenger in any vehicle wherein another person who is
licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to carry a handgun, concealed or unconcealed, and is
carrying a handgun or has a handgun or rifle or shotgun in such vehicle shall not be deemed in violation of
the provisions of this section provided the licensee is in or near the vehicle.

Right and I can see why that applies to the original part (not the ultrawrong article) but that's going to be separate from the laws pertaining to permit holders anyway.
>>
my first thought was

>she

what has this place done to me
>>
>>35012714
>but that's going to be separate from the laws pertaining to permit holders anyway.

only in the sense that you are allowed to conceal a loaded firearm, you aren't allowed to just draw your pistol and point it around for a picture

>>35012371

>she

It's probably one of you tranny faggots that post on here.
>>
>>35012742
Well I'm not 100% sure on oklahoma's laws but thats totally cool in missouri.
>>
>>35012742
Idaho here. Open carry is legal, and I wouldn't get hassled for taking a picture outside, especially in my own car.
>>
>>35012806
>open carry is holding the weapon
no, no it's not
>>
>>35012544
What? No one owns a house in Healdton?
>>
>>35012698
>assuming it's loaded
>>
>>35012742
>you aren't allowed to just draw your pistol and point it around for a picture
Most laws relating to drawing a pistol and pointing it around, i.e. "brandishing" or "unlawful display" laws, relate to doing so in a manner which a person would find threatening. There are certainly ways that you could make taking some phone pictures of your pistol appear threatening, or places you could do it in which your actions would be more readily attributed to a threat, but the act of displaying a weapon in and of itself is not illegal in free states like Oklahoma.
>>
>>35012835
Here it's actually called "brandishing" and is okay (from a vehicle) "briefly" with a permit and as long as you're not "threatening angrily" or something. Its a good set of laws but by god are they awful at writing them.

IMI became Magnum Research after it was privatized and since Arm's List doesn't actually have a category for IMI that's the closest she can get
Furthermore, some Jerichos actually were imported as Desert Eagles, so you're wrong about that too, see pic related
>>35012534
>overpriced
Railless Jerichos are pretty rare nowadays, you'd be a fool to sell them at retail value
>brandishing
Who gives a fuck mister autismo, she's not pointing it at anyone else and she's holding it low enough that no one can see it anyway unless they actually stand right next to the window and look inside
>pointing it at herself
If it's empty what's the difference? "muh golden rules". Give me a break. You sound like either a gargantuan autist or a retarded fudd, or maybe both.

tl;dr OP is a massive faggot

>IMI became Magnum Research

What?... no they didn't. They become IWI (Isreali Weapons Industries). Magnum Reseach is a COMPLETELY separate company (Owned my Kahr Arms). They only used IMI to make the Desert Eagle. The Jericho is COMPLETLY made by IMI/IWI and isn't related to MR at all aside form having a previous relations co-designing the Deagle.

The Desert Eagle ones are a common bullshit marketing tactic MR employ. They did the same thing with the Walthers (p99) and some garbage .380 pistol called the Micro Desert Eagle . They were all known as Baby Eagles, or Uzi Eagles (Imported by Mossberg)
