Horrible is an understatement, they shoot like shit and jam every other shot. A word of advice, the more rounds you put through it, the better the action will respond, but getting through through the first thousand rounds will be "fun".

They were meant for the people with little income to afford a means to defend themselves. But because they're inexpensive and of dubious quality, most were sold by places like hardware stores and pawn shops. With the mass amount of them in circulation, basically no resale value, and cheap logistics, they find themselves on the streets more often than not.

The same thing is going on with Hi-Points now. A gun meant to be an affordable means of home defense are often stolen in low-income neighborhoods and are spread around. Few criminals actually "throw away" their hot guns, normally they just clean it up and sell it to the next fuck who needs a gat.
