Post your first guns you had as a child and the memories you have with them.
Pick related they were mine and my brothers when we were 7.
>tfw parents are anti-gun, anti-white, anti-capitalist disgusting commies
>tfw never had the chance to ever learn to shoot from a family member

Hah, my grandma has had an 1890 in like .22 short leaning up in her kitchen for my whole life. I never personally fired it though.
Mine and my older brother's first guns. My dad bought me and him these and they were the first guns that were "ours". I've got fond memories of squirrel hunting in our grandparents woods. And it saved our lives once. I can greentext the story of anyone is interested

Now you have to. Greentext away.

I had a cobra BB gun and when I was 8 my great uncle gave me a Stevens Model 15A, my parents only let me shoot the .22 when supervised, however they let me run rampant with the BB gun.
I shot that thing until the barrel fell off, then I duct taped it and kept going.
can you please delete this thread?
obviously most of us never shot a gun until we were 18 or 21

Dad gave me to wood stock 10/22 when I was 5. Killed my first squirrel that day. That gun, a "banana clip" and a 500 round box of ammo and all the Louisiana wilderness I could handle. I spent most of my childhood deep in the woods with a 30 round mag and some loose shells in my coat pocket pretending I was fighting the VC in the jungles of Vietnam (birds). Dad's been gone two years now, my aunt took me to court on the grounds I wasn't his son. She won. Apparently the man I spent my entire life was had illegally adopted me from my junkie mom. Aunt has all the guns now. No idea what become of them, or my dad's belongings. Or the 125 thousand dollar settlement he won 1 week before he died.
His birthday was the 23rd.

Sadly, I do not. I read it a long time ago, that some anon taught his grandpa how to use 4chan, and Gramps would shitpost on /k/ regularly.
I have no evidence to the matter, but /k/ getting trolled by an octogenarian is a thought that just brings a smile to my face.

There was a guy in a thread a couple days ago that said he was 72 years old, in response to the question, "Are you the yoda of oldfags or just shitposting like mad?"
My dad's Mark II "Government Target Model" was one of the first guns I fired and it was definitely the gun that got me in to the hobby.

>>35007046
What model is the lower one?
>>35007059
my parents weren't anti white commies, but were very much anti-gun too, it's embarrassing because when I do go shooting my aim is terrible

18 or 21? Nigga, I didn't own a gun until I was 43 years old. I had some semi-okay excuses (Grew up in an antigun household in a blue state, lived in Japan for a while after college, had a job after that where I was traveling constantly, ended up back in grad school and extreme poorfag for a few years after that), but still, it was a very long time before I became a hasguns.
