Vest is airsoft tier stuff. Rifle has been spray painted, reducing any value it has considerably. The aim point is clearly stolen govt equipment by the look of the anodization. (This guy clearly doesn't use his equipment enough to do that kind of weathering through his own usage)

Mags are maybe 100 dollar value
Vest is probably like 60 used
Optic is probably like 400 in that condition, I wouldn't pay more than 300 myself.
The surefire flashlight is probably worth around 200
Ammo is probably worth like 150 brand new.
Rifle is probably worth like 600-650, and only that because of the rail on it. The paint job destroys its resale value.

Long story short you need to ask for additional cash on top
