The MILF arms stockpiles that were handed in didn't really feature anything more advanced than the RPG-2, and this current rebellion is only a small hardline splinter group off of the main group, so they would likely have less experience and technical knowledge for arms production, not more.

Also, most of the propaganda photographs heavily feature the RPG-2s alongside captured M-16s and their homemade """""Barrett .50s""""", as a kind of statement of what they're capable of, and a notable absence of any RRs.
