You have to ask if running the extra weight of IVs is worth it considering you'd be extremely unlucky to run across something with a bigger punch than 5.56, that being said there's a reason you buy armor in the first place plus you have to ask if it's worth the price.

As someone who has owned AR500 armor, not the brand, I can say they are extremely uncomfortable. And that carrier is no where near built well enough for AR500 as thats the same one I had and the weight of the plates tore the straps out. Try highcomsecurity ceramics and as a standard only by a carrier made with Cordura. If youre really strapped look at a carrier made by Flyye, in the west its used for airsoft in the east its used by militaries. They even make the best JPC clone and its only like $100. Dont waster your time with a Banshee, that things garbage.
