What's the best red dot for $300-400 to put on 9mm carbines/SBRs?
Based on what I've read online, you do not need an HQL to purchase a C&R handgun in Maryland. Can any other Marylandfags confirm?

no one will answer you in the last thread or here because they're all unsure which red dot is the cool one this month.

A used aimpoint or eotech should both be in that price range
Vortex has good budget red dot optics if you want to spend less and should be good enough for average use. I've banged up my Strikefire a pretty good amount and it's done fine.

How well would Pals Battalions work in a modern counterinsurgency type of war. We know that in WWI, with its massive infantry formations and near constant artillery barrages, entire large units could be decimated in a single battle, inflicting terrible losses on a single town. But in a modern war, where large scale battles are rare, and casualties are spread out, could the increase in morale that comes from fighting alongside people you've known your whole life be relevant? I ask because it in a can it can't be if

Looks like either a CZ 83 or a Bersa Thunder. Or possibly some slightly more obscure PPKish compact pistol. Or a prop gun done to look like a PPKish compact pistol. Or a FAMAS.
