Probably anything but .45 9mm and .40 have higher velocity and FPS compared to a slow weak .45 auto.

I have an XDs 45 also. It shoots well enough. It hurts like a motherfucker to shoot bare handed though. But, I am probably just a bitch. I love shooting my G20, 29 and 40 though. Wish they made a single stack 10mm.
