Without actual proof that shows he bought it and knew he was being sent pot, he should be fine. To any reasonable jury of ones peers, the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he bought the weed. If I was him and I was innocent, I'd be asking for my lawyer to get my blood tested, my bank statements subpoenaed, and all that jazz to prove that a) I don't use pot, and b) that I didn't buy the pot that arrived on my doorstep. I would also suggest an argument in which disgruntled fans or trolls sent the package in order to see me get in trouble.
