Last Chink SKS I got had constant feeding problems with the matching, stock 10-round mag and I couldn't be assed to drop $50 replace it for a new one, so I traded it for a SxS. That being said, SKSs are solid af (I also own a Russian) and if they weren't so expensive now I'd recommend them a lot more. $350 is a good price for one.
