What are some legitimate resources? Is everything out there just mall ninja crap that doesn't work in real life? I don't need anything flashy or fancy, I just want to know basic shit, specifically the following.

Learn boxing. you'll dodge and counter attacks via way of speed, reflexes, footwork, space control, and timing.
learn grappling, you'll learn the necessary wrist control to disarm or at the very least stifle a knife wielding attacker.
practice with fake rubber plastic knives with formidable training partners.
do all that and you're a better knife fighter than hacks like Doug Marcadia and all those Krav maga/Kali larpers
