Excellent article. I always said if there was an American insurgency that rocket artillery like this would be a go-to for many militias. The components of the launcher can be readily purchased and fabricated and even the rockets themselves require minimal lathe work.

I have wondered for years why we dont mount something similar on Strykers, MRAPs, and Humvees. Just a cheap heavy fire option that bypasses a lot of the restrictions of mobile mortars (reinforced frames, etc). Just put one or two rockets on a humvee and let it go to work.
