I'm in Marietta/Smyrna. I am not into weapons that much but was in the military. You can check out "Wild West Traders", I've stepped in there and it's small and comfortable and they do have a range but I've never been in there.

"American Outdoors" is another gun/hunting store we have close by which is very big but I get the impression the guys that run it are assholes. You can check it out, it's been open for a while and they might have a range.

Kennesaw here too. Adventure Outdoors near Dobbins is the GOAT gun store. Best selection of guns you can ever imagine. They've got a relatively new gun range too, but I've never used it because my family has some land outside of Eatonton I shoot at.

As a white republican i hate to admit Kasim Reed has actually been a pretty good mayor. Much better than other big city mayors in the US. Atlanta has been doing great recently. Generally the entire staff at adventure outdoors are all mouthbreathers, but they have a good selection of firearms, ammo selection kind of blows though.

Dad's (now LA Armory) in Lavonia is pretty decent. Girl that helps run it is hot as fuck. Guns & Gear went out of business last year. There's a decent pawn shop too across from the gun store; last time I went in there they had a 80's Mossberg bullpup and a Calico. Too pricey though.

Not many gun store options in that area. Best place to find stuff was at a flea market in Lavonia that shut down years ago. There's another small flea market but not the one I'm talking about. This one was across from the railroad tracks past the first flea market. Bought all kinds of shit there for cheap back in the day.
